SAE J1772 AC EV Charger Tester
ST-6680UA-AC is a portable third-party tester for North American AC EV chargers. It supports charger R&D, factory testing, field inspection, interoperability and acceptance without relying on an EV as the test instrument. The system follows SAE J1772-2017, provides real-time data acquisition and supports optional metering, battery, GPS and environmental modules.

- 01Developed against SAE J1772-2017 physical, electrical, communication and performance requirements for EV charging systems and connectors.

- 03An output load socket rated up to 50 A supports external load connection. The mobile trolley case is rain-resistant, pressure-resistant, shock-resistant and corrosion-resistant for outdoor use.
- 04Supports protocol-conformance testing, optional metering verification and optional interoperability testing, with live voltage, current and charger-parameter display.
- 05Optional internal battery supports operation where no external power is available. GPS and temperature/humidity modules can provide time synchronization and precision timing.
- 06Optional metering module provides 0.05-class measurement accuracy.
